By seven in the evening the sun goes down directly in front of you, and no table misses it. An open pavilion on the west edge of the property, with the tables turned towards the valley; in the morning it is the breakfast room.

The kitchen is European (pastas, steaks, fish) with a short list of Indonesian dishes cooked the way they are cooked in the villages around here, not the way they appear in hotel buffets. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are marked in the menu.

The restaurant is open to visitors, not only to hotel guests. You do not need to book, but a message ahead is welcome, especially for the sunset hour.

After dark

Dinner on the terrace

When the sun is gone nobody leaves. The tables on the west edge stay out under the umbrellas, each with its own lamp, and the lights of the villages across the valley come on one by one.

Dinner is served until the kitchen’s last order at 22:30. For a table on the edge, ask reception during the day.

In your suite

When you would rather not move

Some mornings you will not want to leave the terrace, and you do not have to. Room service runs from 07:30 to 22:00 at no delivery charge. Call reception or send a WhatsApp message and the kitchen brings it over. Breakfast is served at the restaurant from 07:30 to 11:00, and it can just as easily arrive on your own terrace.

Floating breakfast · In the water

Breakfast that floats

You are already in the water, and breakfast comes to you: a decorated tray floats up in front of you. It is the most photographed breakfast on the property. If your suite has a pool of its own, it comes there; if not, the main infinity pool hosts it just as gladly.

Served from 8:00 to 11:30. The setting and the tray are IDR 100,000 for one and 200,000 for two; the breakfast itself is ordered from the menu as usual. No need to book ahead. The tray is set while the kitchen makes the breakfast. Ask at reception or by WhatsApp.
