Privacy policy
What we collect
When you book a room, your booking details (name, contact details, dates, payment) are processed by our reservation system, Cloudbeds, under its own privacy terms. When you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we see what you send us and use it to answer you and to arrange your stay. That is the extent of it.
The Hidden Circle
When you join The Hidden Circle we keep your email address, the date you joined and the page you joined from. We use them to send you the code for the members’ rate and, sometimes, news from the hotel. We do not give the list to anyone else. To leave it, reply to any of our emails with the word “unsubscribe”, or write to reservation@thehiddenparadiseubud.com, and we delete your address.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or send marketing you did not ask for. Our newsletter, when you join it, arrives a few times a year and every issue carries an unsubscribe link that works.
Analytics
We look at anonymous, aggregated statistics about how the site is used (which pages are read, from which countries) to make it better. These numbers do not identify you.
Your choices
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to reservation@thehiddenparadiseubud.com. A person reads this address and will answer you.
